He was born in 1966 in Eskişehir. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Izmir. In 1990, he graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine. After completing his compulsory service at Gaziantep İslahiye State Hospital, he worked at Ankara Atatürk Chest Diseases and Surgery Center and then worked as a doctor and manager in the private sector.
