Assoc. Prof. Dr. Semih Özkan was born in Ankara in 1955. He completed his primary and secondary education in Ankara. In 1974, he entered Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine. In 1982, he started his urology residency in the Department of Urology at the same university and graduated as a urologist in 1986.
